HKYBA 2020-2021 Application 入學申請

​

1. Please check the exam age of student on 2021/04/01 for class selection

請確認學生於2021/04/01當天歲數用以選擇考試課程:

• Pre-School (Age 3+ 歲)

• Pre-Primary (Age 5+ 歲)

• Primary (Age 6+ 歲)

• Grade 1 (Age 7+ 歲)

• Grade 2 (Age 8+ 歲)

• Grade 3 (Age 9+ 歲)

• Grade 4 (Age 10+ 歲)

• Grade 5 (Age 11+ 歲)

• Intermediate (Age 12+ 歲)

• Advanced (Age 13+ and obtained RAD Intermediate certificate  滿13歲及已經考獲 RAD Intermediate證書)

• Pro Class Audition (Age 12+歲)

3. Fill in the application form below.  填寫下面的申請表。

4. An email will be sent to you including 您將收到我們的電子郵件，其中包括：

• a class confirmation 班級確認

• An academy annual schedule 學院年度日期表

• a form to purchase uniform 訂購制服表格

• an academy regulations for you to sign 有關需要簽署學院規章

• An invoice of September tuition fee 9月份學費發票

5. apply before 31 August, you will receive gift certificates total worth of HK$2,400 (to be used in 12 months, $200 per month deduction of tuition fee) .

8月31日之前申請，將獲得總值HK $ 2,400學費禮券（十二張$ 200券，於十二個月份使用)。

6. Class will be conducted by Zoom online in case of social restrictions.

如有限聚令，老師將於網上以 Zoom 為學生上課。
